    The basic functions of the connector can be divided into three categories: mechanical function, electrical function and environmental function.
    2, electrical function
    The main electrical functions of the connector include touch resistance, insulation resistance and dielectric strength. Electrical functions are largely related to electroplating skills. In fact, many connectors mainly rely on the conduction effect of the outer conductive layer.

    ③ Electric strength. Also known as withstand voltage and dielectric withstand voltage, it characterizes the ability to withstand additional test voltages between the touch parts of the connector or between the touch parts and the shell.
    ④Other electrical functions. The electromagnetic interference leakage attenuation is to evaluate the electromagnetic interference shielding effect of the connector, and it is generally tested in the frequency range of 100MHz ~ 10GHz.
    For radio frequency coaxial connectors, there are also electrical targets such as characteristic impedance, penetration loss, reflection coefficient, and voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR). Due to the development of digital skills, in order to connect and transmit high-speed digital pulse signals, a new type of connector, namely high-speed signal connector, is presented.
