    Why does RJ connector appear false soldered RJ connector? We opened the RJ connector, and we saw that the solder joints were fake soldering, or the copper wire coil was broken. Why is this? It is fully testable on the RJ manufacturing end. But why are they leaked to the client application before they are discovered?
    The commonly used test equipment is LCR Meter, which is the inductance capacitance resistance tester. The shortcoming of this kind of test equipment is that it cannot measure DC resistance, only AC impedance, and the connection of the test line is long, and a relay is required, which invisibly increases the AC impedance value of the entire test line, so the AC impedance The test limit cannot be set too small, usually set to 5ohms, otherwise quite a lot of RJ connectors with good line connections will also be labeled as defective and cannot be manufactured.
    In this kind of test equipment, we can test the DC resistance, and the test limit can be set to 1.5ohms or even below 1ohm. In this way, any RJ connector with a slightly poor line connection can be typed out as a defective product Reduce the risk of leakage to the application side.
